The old courtyard

Imagine an old courtyard, a place lost in time where once you could see the animals that spent their day in the sun, and the farmers got up at dawn to work the fields.

Back in those days there was always a big party on saturdays and everyone came from nearby fields to have a glass of wine and eat together and forget the toil of work while waiting for the day of rest.

This is the atmosphere that I felt while I took these photographs and I was reminded of the stories of the elderly I heard as a child.

A dive in a past that is not so distant.

Beautiful as a family
Beautiful as a Family, this is the wedding story of Emma and Stephen and her little one. It was few months ago, it was the beginning of the wedding season, before a long summer that I spent running up and down this sunny country.  It seems to me that much time has passed since then, maybe because I see the photos of Scarlett growing up and then I realize that time has really gone. Once again on the lake
With Terra and Alex I started this wedding season 2019. Strange year this one, a year of changes and definitions to be. I could not ask better than driving up to the lake of como where I love the sense of decadences there it’s like living in old beginning of 1900, like living at another speed. Eveything goes slower on the lake shore, even your breathing. I took a break, looking at the lakshore while crossing with the ferry. It’s probably time to take things how they come, and be the best you can. To welcome who is ready to get in and let the rest behind. When I photograph is not just a job to me, it’s like a personal project every time ...
