My modern Monnalisa

Wedding Photographer in Chianti Countryside

There is a place here in Tuscany in the heart of Chianti where the gaze is lost thorught the golden vineyards.
There is a place which seems to come out of a movie and where once echoed the words of a famous Shakespeare’s comedy.
In this place, surrounded by these walls people say the Master Leonardo Da Vinci painted the most famous smile of the world, La Gioconda.
This is where Nick and Vicky looked into each other eyes and after shared a tear they said “for ever” under a sky of smiles.
Maybe because when you happen to be in such a place the words you want to hear are “for ever” or maybe there are a milion other reasons but I will remember her “for ever” as my modern Monnalisa.

An English Wedding
Wedding Photographer in Soughton Hall, Wales This was a beautiful adventure. It was awhile I dreamed to shoot a wedding abroad, leaving my country to find a  new and different light, to write a new page in this adventure i keep walking in. One day i was talking to Charlotte a sweet young lady and wedding planner I met here in Tuscany years ago when I worked for one of her couples. I propose to Charlotte to work together in England, and she mentioned about Grace and Charlie's wedding. I knew already the couple as I photographed Grace's brother wedding before and I was so excited to meet all these people again. So in the month of June 20 ...

The old courtyard
Wedding Photographer in Villa Podernovo, Siena   Imagine an old courtyard, a place lost in time where once you could see the animals that spent their day in the sun, and the farmers got up at dawn to work the fields. Back in those days there was always a big party on saturdays and everyone came from nearby fields to have a glass of wine and eat together and forget the toil of work while waiting for the day of rest. This is the atmosphere that I felt while I took these photographs and I was reminded of the stories of the elderly I heard as a child. A dive in a past that is not so distant.   Published on Grace Loves ...

The Land of Pinocchio
Wedding Photographer in Villa Sermolli, Pistoia   "Centuries ago there lived-- "A king!" my little readers will say immediately. No, children, you are mistaken. Once upon a time there was a piece of wood. It was not an expensive piece of wood. Far from it. Just a common block of firewood, one of those thick, solid logs that are put on the fire in winter to make cold rooms cozy and warm". I decided to start this post with the very first words of the Adventure of Pinocchio written by Carlo Collodi not very far from the venue where this wedding was celebrated. I chose Pinocchio because the little protagonist of this wedding ...
