wedding photographer in villa lario lake of como

Villa Lario, Lake of Como

With Terra and Alex I started this wedding season 2019. Strange year this one, a year of changes and definitions to be. I could not ask better than driving up to the lake of como where I love the sense of decadences there it’s like living in old beginning of 1900, like living at another speed. Eveything goes slower on the lake shore, even your breathing. I took a break, looking at the lakshore while crossing with the ferry. It’s probably time to take things how they come, and be the best you can. To welcome who is ready to get in and let the rest behind.

When I photograph is not just a job to me, it’s like a personal project every time, it’s part of my life is always becoming something else. When I work is part of what I am, and when it’s time to say goodbye I hope the leave with a something good we shared together.

I felt this happened this time on the lake, I felt love, life and excitement. I felt friendship. Good feeling and joy.

I need to come close when I shoot so to feel what you feel. I need to see what you see so that I can feel what you feel.

It is not a photograph, it is a meeting of feelings that converge together.

I returned home once again with a but of the lake in my heart and a greater sense of peace, and for once again I managed not to fall off the boat despite my poor sense of balance

Special thanks to the venue Villa Lario

That English wedding in the castle of Montegufoni
Wedding Photographer in Montegufoni, Florence   That English wedding in a castle in Tuscany.   On the day I met Kim and Brandon the first time it was clear how much they liked Tuscany, the castle of Montegufoni and how much they wanted to have fun. In addition, Kim was also a wedding photographer and the fact that she had chosen me for her service made me feel even more proud.   The day of the wedding I discovered that the room where Kim would prepare was simply spectacular, with a beautiful fresco ceiling and a floor that I loved from the first moment I stepped in. The light was simply perfect for me and Kim radiant of joy. Brandon wa ...

The Land of Pinocchio
Wedding Photographer in Villa Sermolli, Pistoia   "Centuries ago there lived-- "A king!" my little readers will say immediately. No, children, you are mistaken. Once upon a time there was a piece of wood. It was not an expensive piece of wood. Far from it. Just a common block of firewood, one of those thick, solid logs that are put on the fire in winter to make cold rooms cozy and warm". I decided to start this post with the very first words of the Adventure of Pinocchio written by Carlo Collodi not very far from the venue where this wedding was celebrated. I chose Pinocchio because the little protagonist of this wedding ...

Romance in the rain
Wedding Photographer in Antico Borgo Poggitazzi, Arezzo   It rained so much that day. It's a day of summer and the rain can be scary sometimes. Today it doesn't want to stop, the hills are surrounded by a thin whitish mist and the wind brings down drops so thick that they it's impossible to see few meters away. It rains too much, if it does not stop we could not even leave the door. They are a few meters to walk but the rain is really too strong. Luckily we still have some time to prepare ourselves, we still have the time to hope for the rain to stop. We smile, we are accustomed to these storms, usually do not last, the sun wil ...
